How to Book Your Party
Follow this simple step-by-step process to reserve your spot:
- Please choose the date and time for your party on our calendar..
- Receive confirmation of availability.
- Reserve your picnic tables.
- Confirm party size and submit payment.
- Bring outside food & drinks (must be pre-cooked and ready to serve).
- Decorations are limited to tablecloths, weighted balloons at tables, and party favors at tables.
- No decorations on stage inside barn or balloon arches . Decorations must not obstruct normal business function.
- You must show digital ticket with confirmation of party date and time with the QR code.
- Bring your own plates, cups, utensils, and tablecloths.
- Admission fee as of April 1st: $5 per guest + cost of feed (optional but encouraged!).
- Pony rides available as an add-on: $10 per child.
